الطاقة النظيفة المتجددة و التغيير العالمي

لطالما كانت الطاقة تلعب دوراً مهم في مكانة الدولة عالمياً، فعندما كان العالم يعتمد على طاقة الفحم كانت الدول المنتجة له دول غنية مالياً و إقتصادها في نمو مستمر و مؤثرة سياسياً، بعدها أكتُشاف النفط و صار مصدر الطاقة الرئيسي في العالم الذي إعتمد عليه بشكل كبير. إستخراج النفط و تصديره أضاف للدول المنتجة دخلاً مالياً كبيراً سهل عملية البناء و الإعمار و جعلها قوة إقتصادية، فصارت بيئة هذه الدول جاذبة للإعمال و الإستثمار و الشركات الكبرى، سياسياً الجميع يسعى الى أن يكون حليفاً للدول المنتجة للنفط لضمان أمن الطاقة الذي يضمن إستمرار التطور و التقدم، و الحصول على واردات أكثر كلما دعت الحاجة لها. ولكن بعد أزمة الإحتباس الحراري و التلوث البيئي الذي كان ولايزال ينتج عن الطاقة النفطية العالم إتجه لاستبدالها بنوع جديد لا يُسبب هذا التلوث و لا يضر بالبيئة و متوفر لدى الجميع. الطاقة النظيفة المتجددة بأنواعها و أشكالها هي الحل الأمثل، لذلك بدأ الجميع بتطويرها و الإعتماد عليها بشكل جزئي و التوسع للوصول الى إعتمادها بشكل كامل بدلاً من طاقة النفط، هنا سيُصبح مستقبل الطاقة النفطية مثل طاقة الفحم التي سادت العالم ثم إختفت، الطاقة النظيفة المتجددة ستُحدث صدمة و تغيير كبير في جميع المجالات مالياً و إقتصادياً و سياسياً. فمن الناحية المالية الطاقة النظيفة المتجددة بأنواعها لا تعود بمورد مالي كبير مثل طاقة النفط، هذا الامر سيؤثر على الدول التي تعتمد على النفط كمورد مالي أساسي، ماقد يحولها الى دول غير غنية، ولكنها توفر الكثير من المال اللازم لأنتاج الطاقة التي تحتاجها الدولة، فلا حاجة للإستيراد و الشحن و شراء المعدات العملاقة، فالطاقة النظيفة المتجددة يمكن إنتاجها محلياً أو بمساعدة خارجية بسيطة. نقص أو توقف الموارد المالية الكبيرة سيؤثر على الوضع الإقتصادي للدولة المنتجة للنفط بشكل عام، فلن يعود إقتصاد الدول النفطية قوياً أو هدفاً للشركات العالمية و الإستثمارات بل قد يضعف نموه و ينكمش ليتحول من إيجابي الى إقتصاد سلبي. سياسياً الدول المنتجه للنفط ستفقد جزء من تأثيرها السياسي بسبب إنتفاء الحاجة الى الطاقة النفطية، وسيبقى تأثيرها السياسي المتمثل بالتحالفات الإقليمية و الدولية و تطورها و صناعاتها و إنفتاحها على العالم، و السبب في ذلك إن جميع الدول ستمتلك طاقة نظيفة متجددة، عليه لن تضطر للتقرب من الدول المنتجة للنفط لضمان موارد و أمن الطاقة لديها مايؤدي الى تغيير في تحالفاتها. أيضاً للطاقة النظيفة المتجددة تأثير على الدول المتقدمة، فالتكنولوجيا الطاقة النظيفة المتجددة ليست مُكلفة أو مُعقدة جداً كتكنلوجيا الطاقة النفطية، بل يمكن أنتاج و تطوير أجهزتها محلياً، بالتالي هناك أحتمال بأن تفقد الدول المتقدمة السيطرة و إحتكار تكنولوجيا الطاقة مقابل دول العالم غير المتقدم، ما يؤدي الى تحررها من التبعية التكنلوجية للدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال. من أهم مميزات الطاقة النظيفة المتجددة إنها مُستدامة أي لاتنتهي كحال النفط و الغاز و باقي أنواع الطاقة الإحفورية، و هي متوفرة لدى جميع الدول فيمكن إنتاجها من الشمس و الرياح و الشلالات و السدود و غير ذلك. في المستقبل بعض الدول الفقيرة قد تتحول الى غنية بسبب توجهها الى التركيز على البحوث العلمية الخاصة بالطاقة النظيفة المتجددة و تخصيص نسبة عالية من ميزانيتها لهذا المجال للحصول على طاقة أكثر بتكاليف أقل، هذا الأمر يساهم في دفع عجلة تطوير الصناعات و الإستثمارات مع عدم الإضرار بالبيئة.

For importing, shipping, and buying giant equipment, clean renewable energy can be produced locally or with little outside help. The shortage or stopping of large financial resources will affect the economic situation of the oil-producing country in general. The economy of oil-producing countries will no longer be strong or a target for international companies and investments, but rather it may weaken its growth and shrink to turn from a positive to a negative economy. Politically, oil-producing countries will lose part of their political influence due to the absence of the need for oil energy, and their political influence in the form of regional and international alliances, their development, industries, and their openness to the world will remain, and the reason for this is that all countries will have clean renewable energy, so they will not have to approach Oilproducing countries to ensure their energy resources and security, which leads to a change in their alliances. Renewable clean energy also has an impact on developed countries. Renewable clean energy technology is not expensive or very complex like oil energy technology. Rather, its equipment can be produced and developed locally, so there is a possibility that developed countries will lose control and monopolize energy technology against countries in the non-developed world, which leads To its liberation from the technological dependency of the developed countries in this field. One of the most important advantages of clean renewable energy is that it is sustainable, that is, it does not end up like oil, gas and other types of fossil energy, and it is available in all countries and can be produced from the sun, wind, waterfalls, dams and so on. In the future, some poor countries may turn into rich because of their tendency to focus on scientific research on clean renewable energy and allocate a high percentage of their budget to this area to obtain more energy at lower costs, this matter contributes to pushing forward the development of industries and investments while not harming the environment.
