الاتحاد الاوروبي و الاتحاد العربي

لا يزال خبر خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي يُذهل العالم، فحجم الخسائر الاقتصادية والسياسية الناتجة من الانفصال كبيرة، والجميع أمام حالة ضبابية لا يعرفون ما هي نهايتها. الصدمة الكبرى كانت في كيف يمكن لدولة في الاتحاد الذي جمع الكثير من الدول الأوروبية أن تنفصل؟ لقد جمع الاتحاد الأوروبي الكثير من الدول غير المتشابهة، في اللغة والعادات والتقاليد، تحت علم يمثلها وعملة توحدها، مع تقريب وتوحيد الاقتصاد والسياسة والقوانين، وبالتالي فتح فرصاً هائلة في كل المجالات للتطور والتقدم، فمن يطّلع على كيفية تحقيق فكرة الاتحاد الأوروبي سيكتشف حجم الوقت والجهد للوصول الى مرحلته الحالية، لأن الأوروبيين آمنوا بفكرة الاتحاد لتعزيز مكانتهم وقوتهم. أما في عالمنا العربي فالفكرة على العكس تماماً، فنحن من العراق إلى المملكة المغربية متشابهون في اللغة والعادات والتقاليد والتاريخ والقضايا السياسية، حتى العملة متشابة في الكثير من الدول، ومع ذلك ما زالت كلمة اتحاد مُضحكة ومن يتحدث بها يُسمى ثورياً أو قومياً أو صاحب فكرة مستحيلة. لقد كانت للدول العربية تجارب ناجحة، مثل تأسيس جامعة الدول العربية التي على رغم ضعف فاعليتها إلا إنها خطوة جيدة، كذلك مجلس التعاون الخليجي الذي نجح في تحقيق مكاسب أمنية واقتصادية وسياسية، والإنجازان لم يأخذا وقتاً وجهداً بسبب التشابه الكبير بين الدول العربية، ولو تمت مقارنته بالاتحاد الأوروبي لظهر فرق شاسع في حجم الوقت والجهد. إن فكرة الاتحاد العربي الجديدة ليست بجعل كل الدول تحت علم واحد وعاصمة واحدة وحاكم واحد وقانون يسري على الجميع، فلا يمكن تَحقيق ذلك، لكن في تقريب الاقتصاد والسياسة والقوانين وتوحيدها، ما يؤهل لفتح فرص هائلة في كل المجالات للتطور والتقدم، لتكون فوائد الاتحاد كبيرة للجميع لتعزيز مكانتهم وقوتهم. إن الهدف من هذا الطرح ليس لانتقاد الحال العربي بل لإعادة بناء فكرة الاتحاد في شكل مختلف، والنظر إلى كيف أن الشعوب المختلفة في كل شيء تسعى إلى الوحدة وتناضل في سبيل التوحد في كيان كبير، وفي الوقت نفسه تنبذ الانفصال. في المقابل كيف إن لشعب موحد منذ القدم يحافظ على التفرقة ولا يمكنه التفكير بالوحدة البتة.

The Arab countries have had successful experiences, such as the establishment of the Arab League, which despite its weak effectiveness, is a good step, as well as the Gulf Cooperation Council, which succeeded in achieving security, economic and political gains, and the two achievements did not take time and effort due to the great similarity between Arab countries, even if they were compared In the European Union, a huge difference appeared in the amount of time and effort. The new idea of the Arab Union is not by making all countries under one flag, one capital, one ruler, and a law that applies to everyone. This cannot be achieved, but in bringing the economy, politics and laws together and unifying them, which qualifies for the opening of tremendous opportunities in all areas for development and progress, so that the benefits of the union are great for everyone. To enhance their position and power. The aim of this argument is not to criticize the Arab situation, but to reconstruct the idea of union in a different form, and to see how different peoples in everything strive for unity and struggle for the sake of unity in a large entity, and at the same time they reject separation. On the other hand, how can a people who have been united since ancient times who maintain the division and cannot think of unity at all?
