مظاهرات اصلاح و انتخابات اصلاح

رائع ان نشاهد وحدة الشعب العراقي في المظاهرات الحالية ضد الفساد و الفشل الاداري المستشري في الحكومة، فقد توحدت الاراء و المطالب و صار الجميع كتلة واحدة ارعبت الكثير من الاحزاب و الكتل السياسية من الذين تخيلوا ان الحصول على منصب حكومي يعني عقد لاربعة سنوات براتب و حوافز و حمايات دون تقديم الاداء الجيد في الواجب الوظيفي، ايضا تطورت ثقافة التظاهر في المجتمع العراقي حيث اصبحت افضل في التطبيق و التاثير، بالتالي هي دليل وعي شعبي بان الجميع يريد الاصلاح الذي فُقد في قاموس الحكومات العراقية، فاليوم و بسبب المظاهرات اصبح الاصلاح “يُفرض” و ليس “يُطَلب” كما كان سابقا، بالتالي يمكن تسمية المظاهرات الحالية “بمظاهرات اصلاح” في جسد الحكومة و لاسقاط من كان لايستحق منصبة، فمظاهرات الاصلاح رغم انها تاخرت قليلا لكن بدات تؤتي ثمارها حيث ارعبت كل الاحزاب و الكتل السياسية، التي تخلت او بدأت بالتخلي عن وزرائها الذين فرضتهم على الحكومة سابقا، عندما فرضوا الرجل المناسب لمصالح الحزب في المكان غير المناسب وظيفيا، عموماً بدات استقالات المسؤولين تُقدم للخلاص من المسؤولية او للهروب منها، ولكن هل الاصلاح يعني ان يُقدم المسؤول الاستقالة من منصبة فقط ؟، ففي النهاية سيُستبدل بشخص ثاني من نفس الحزب او الكتلة السياسية يحمل نفس الافكار وقد تكون نفس الافعال، بمعنى استبدال وجوه وليس مضمون، هنا تكمن المُشكلة الرئيسية لاننا لانُصلح بل نَستبدل و نُعطي حلول مؤقتة للازمات متكررة لاتتم مُعالجتها من الجذور، وهذا مايحدث في مُظاهرات الاصلاح، فهي تعطي نتائج لفترة مؤقتة فقط، بالتالي هي عملية جدلية نوعا ما، اذاً كيف ياتي الاصلاح الحقيقي الذي يخدم الشعب العراقي، لتكون نتائج الاصلاح حقيقية يجب ان تتكرر نفس هذه الجهود في التظاهر و التكاتف ضد الفساد و الفشل، لكن في الانتخابات القادمة، عن طريق انتخاب احزاب و كتل سياسية جديدة بعيداً عن من يَشغل السلطة الان، لكي يُفسح المجال لصعود قوى اكثر وطنية و جدية في تحقيق الاصلاح الذي طال انتظاره، فتدفق دماء جديدة في الحكومة يُعطيها القوة و القدرة على اعادة بناء البيت الداخلي العراقي، بالتالي يمكن اطلاق اسم “انتخابات اصلاح”، وهذا مانحتاجه اذ ما كرر المتظاهرون هذه الجهود، ان الاصلاح الحقيقي ياتي بتغيير الاحزاب و الكتل السياسية، و تغيير الافكار و الاساليب التي عملوا بها في ادارة الدولة، انتخابات الاصلاح يمكن ان تقضي نهائيا على الاحزاب و الكتل السياسية الفاشلة التي لم تنجح في ادارة الحكومة و لم تقدم شخصيات جيدة لخدمة البلاد، حيث ان الفشل في الانتخابات لدورة او دورتين انتخابيتين يعني العزل عن الحياة السياسية بالتالي يتفسخ الحزب او الكتلة السياسية لان شخصياتها تبدأ بالالتحاق بالقوى الجديدة و الناجحة و التي تقدم خدمة حقيقية للشعب و البلاد، او قد يتم رفض هؤلاء الشخصيات القادمة من الاحزاب و الكتل الفاشل غير المنتخبة لتكون النهاية لحياتهم السياسية، بالتالي تستطيع “انتخابات الاصلاح” القضاء نهائيا على هذه التكتلات الفاشلة سياسياً، ان مايحتاجه العراق اليوم هو “انتخابات اصلاح” للنهوض به نحو الافضل، و هذا ماتؤهل له “مظاهرات الاصلاح” فهي خطوة جيدة نحو الامام لجعل المسؤولين يشعرون بان عليهم واجبات كبيرة اذا كانوا في مناصب حكومية، ففشلهم في تأدية مهامهم يؤدي الى الاستقالة المبكرة، على يد الشعب قبل ان تكون على يد البرلمان.

Real reform will come by changing political parties and blocs, and changing the ideas and methods that they worked with in running countries.
