الاتفاق النووي الايراني كاس من السم

يبدو ان علي خامنئي يعاني من الام في الراس و النفس كالذي يتجرع كأس السم بسبب اتفاق لوزان النووي والذي اطاح بالبرنامج النووي الايراني حيث ادخل الى قسم “الاحلام” التي لايمكن تحقيقها و فقدان السيادة على المنشات النووية الذي لحق باتفاق لوزان حيث يحق للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية الاشراف والزيارة في اي وقت ولاي مفاعل. ويبدو ان حسن روحاني يشاهد اعراض الالم التي يعاني منها خامنئي فقرر ان يخففها بتصريحاته بانه يجب رفع كل العقوبات عن ايران مع توقيع الاتفاقية حيث يظن انه من يملك مفتاح الازمة، ان “القيادة غير الشابة” الايرانية تظن ان العقوبات الدولية يمكن رفعها و وضعها كالاحمال على ظهر “البعير” متناسين ان هناك اجراءات روتينية بعيده عن عصر السرعة فالمراسات والاتصالات والاجتماعات التي تلحق توقيع الاتفاقية في حال الموافقة عليها تستمر لاشهر وقد تكون حتى نهاية العام، “القيادة غير الشابة” الايرانية لم تنظر الى اثار العقوبات عندما عانت منها ليبيا و العراق و كيف انهما حاولا التخلص منها دون جدوى. و يبدو ان “القيادة غير الشابة” الايرانية لم تسمع قول الرئيس اوباما “أن العقوبات سترفع تدريجيا عن إيران بحسب التزامها بمضامين الاتفاقية وانها ستعود في حال عدم التزامها” مايعني انه لاتراجع و لا التفاف في حال الموافقة. اما الوقت فهو ضيق جدا لمناقشة اتفاقية لوزان لان الاتحاد الاوربي جدد العقوبات ضد المصرف التجاري الإيراني و ٤٠ شركة ملاحية ايرانية حتى ان المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الايرانية مرضية افخم اعتبرت ذلك “إصرار غير طبيعي على مواقف غير مبدئية” من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي ولكن هذا الاعتبار وغيره لايفيد فالوقت يمر و المفاعل النووي اصبح “حلم” و الشركات الايرانية تعاني العقوبات و الاقتصاد ينهار و الشعب يحتضر بسبب العقوبات. ايضا جاءت عاصفة حزم كالنار في الهشيم لتحرق المشروع التوسعي في الخليج وتعطل كل انواع الدعم للحوثي. كل هذه العوامل جعلت من كأس السم ممتلئ امام علي خامنئي الذي لم يعد يعرف مواقفه حيث لا يؤيد ولا يوافق ولا يقبل التهاني على الاتفاقية ولكنه يعاني الامها لانها مثل تجرع كأس السم فاما ان يوافق مرغما او رغما عنه يوافق.
